Eight Stolen Matisse Works Recovered After São Paulo Library Heist

Eight Henri Matisse works stolen from São Paulo’s Mário de Andrade Library have been recovered after nearly eight months. The prints, all from the artist’s celebrated Jazz series, were found in São Bernardo do Campo during a Civil Police operation, with one suspect arrested.
