PALM BEACH, FL- The Palm Beach Show Group ( PBSG ) has promoted Jaime Kantor as the new Chief Operating Officer. In her new position, Jaime will take over from prior COO Dale Chlumsky who will continue to be involved as a company consultant and advisor.
The appointment of Jaime comes with much enthusiasm from the company’s principles, employees and clients alike. Scott Diament, President and CEO of the PBSG notes that “Jaime is an experienced and trusted leader on our team.” He added that he has confidence “in Jaime’s ability to lead the company in an innovative direction that will bring a new experience and luxury emphasis to our shows.”
Originally from New Jersey, Jaime Kantor graduated from the Northwood University in 2006 with a degree in Marketing, and Advertising Management. Jaime Kantor started working in 2008 at the Palm Beach Show Group as a Sales Assistant. Passionate about her work, she was promoted to Executive Exhibitor Development Manager for her proficiency. For more than a decade, Jaime has helped the company grow, contributing to the portfolio of shows by traveling and recruiting countless domestic and international dealers that have brought diversity and appeal to the PBSG schedule of events.
With her proven record in producing quality wholesale and retail shows paired with her overall senior level of experience, there are high expectations. The hope is that she will help ensure that the PBSG continues to flourish and expand at a record pace, allowing the company to further its leadership position within the Art, Antique and Jewelry Show industry.
“Jaime has played a pivotal role to the success of Palm Beach Show Group,” said Scott Diament, adding, “I am certain that Jaime will succeed in her new role. She is highly respected among co-workers and exhibitors; I look forward to her key involvement in the years ahead.”
Like her colleagues, Jaime Kantor is excited about her new position. She notes:
“I am incredibly motivated to help lead the company to its next phase of improvement,” Kantor said. “The Palm Beach Show Group has been a second home for me. I value my coworkers, exhibitors, and I’m looking forward to refining and cultivating impactful changes to the Show Group’s events.”
