ART NEWS: Artcentron Announces Winners of 2016 Flowers We Love Photo Contest.

BALTIMORE – Artcentron is proud to announce the winners of the 3rd annual Flowers We Love Photo Contest. Winners were selected from hundreds of entries submitted by professional and amateur photographers from around the globe.

The winning entry for this year is Red Rose Reflection by Martin Smith. Second prize goes to La Keysha Edwards for her image Red, Yellow, and Green. The third prize winner is Butterfly Sanctuary by Weijia Feng. In addition to the winners, seven finalists were also selected.

Entries for this year’s photo contest came from across the globe. They include Australia, Bulgaria, Canada, France, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States.

“Selecting winners for this 3rd Flowers We Love photo contest presented quite a challenge because of the excellent submissions,” said Artcentron, organizers of the annual event. “We are deeply touched by the number of amazing entries. It shows that photographers amateur and professional find beauty in their environment. Flowers represent that beauty.”
