    This privacy policy applies to the use of the Artcentron Site and Service.

    At Artcentron, we value your privacy and make this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) easily available on our site (“Site”) to assist you in understanding how the information we collect and the ones you provide us are used or dealt with. This Privacy Policy applies to all Site visitors, registered users, and all other users (“Other Users”) of Artcentron Site and Service.  By accessing Artcentron Site and using our Service, you agree and accept to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not access this Site or use our Service.

    Agreement Between You and Artcentron

They constitute the entire Agreement between you and Artcentron and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior Agreement between you and Artcentron (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Privacy Policy).     Third Party Service Providers

    At Artcentron, we have retained other companies, organizations, companies, and individuals to perform certain functions on our behalf.     Business Transfer and Acquisition

    In the event that Artcentron is sold, merged, partnered with other companies or transferred to another entity, all information will be transferred to the new entity, including personally identifiable information. In this instance, you understand and consent that the new entity acquiring Artcentron continues to use your personally identifiable information as expressed in this Privacy Policy.

    Log Files and Cookies

    Artcentron utilizes industry standard analytics packages which gather limited information on visitors to our Site automatically, and stores this non-personally information in server log files. This information may include your numerical Internet Protocol (IP) address, your browser software type, basic IP information, Internet address of referring websites, requested Internet address, pages viewed, your computer’s operating system and date and time stamps. This information does not identify individual users, and it is used only for Site administration, as well as for statistical analysis of Site usage, behavior, trends and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of the Artcentron Site and Service.  Additionally, the information helps us to protect the Site from attacks.

     Login Location

    When you sign into Artcentron, we may use your approximate physical location (based on the Internet Protocol address of your computer) to determine your current location if you enable the feature on your computer or mobile device to send us your current location information.  You may also share your location with us if you choose to. Knowing your approximate physical location helps us understand and evaluate the spread of our users and also provides us with the opportunity to generally improve our Site and Service.
