Although well-known for Family Guy and his role in the movie industry,  MacFarlane is an ardent singer with a great baritone voice. In 2011, MacFarlane released his debut album under the Universal Republic label. Titled Music is Better Than Words, the album celebrates the classic, sophisticated sound of the vibrant swing orchestras of the ‘40s and ‘50s with MacFarlane singing some of the celebrated music of that era.
